March 25, 2016Tutor Doctor's Culture of Caring is what sets them apart from their competitors and ensures job satisfaction for their tutoring franchise owners. Tutor Doctor franchise owner, Robin, explains.
Tutor Doctor’s Company Values states: “We believe in the unlimited potential of the individual and the unstoppable power of a team united behind an idea whose time has come”.
In 2009, I purchased my first Tutor Doctor franchise. I loved the concept—I would make a positive difference in the lives of people of all ages and make a living while doing so. The mission statement sounded like something I could have written; my values were that much aligned with those of Tutor Doctor’s.
However, I had no idea that I was about to join a team of individuals who really care and are truly passionate about all they do and will go to great lengths to ensure the success of all. There is a trickle-down effect from the corporate level to franchisees and then to clients that unites us all via an unparalleled values system that draws like-minded individuals.
Tutor Doctor nurtures a culture based on integrity, teamwork, collaboration and innovation. This culture breeds and nurtures leaders, deep thinkers and innovators in creativity. We are united across the globe like a family.
We embody an entrepreneurial spirit of adventure and growth. It is never stagnate, but ever changing, always the leading edge in seeking new and better resources, improvements and best and better practices. Tutor Doctor has taken the concept of tutoring to new heights and professionalized it. We are trend setters. We are well trained and supported by our Home Office on a continual basis.
We believe in bringing out the best of human beings and therefore strive to bring forth the best in students and in one another. We are challenged, we grow, we learn and we shine. And our clients are the recipients of this culture of passion-driven and caring business owners who want nothing more than to help people achieve their own dreams, happiness and successes.
