In the early days of business, do events like crazy until you get known at them and their results start to wain (usually 3 years).

How important is community involvement in creating new business?
It’s essential for the first few years.
What advice would you give to new franchisees about marketing?
New franchisees need to get out for every event possible, join business groups and generally get out into their community as much as possible.
What home-office initiatives do you use in your own marketing campaigns?
I appreciate the materials designed by the marketing department, including photography, and utilize them in a variety of applications and ways.
