"The most important part of my job on a daily basis is making sure that all of the wheels are turning as they should be. Tutors must know and understand what their expectations are, and be delivering that to our clients. Clients must be checked up on to make sure tutoring is going as planned. We constantly are having to research and update any different teaching method trends happening in our schools, and making sure that our tutors are trained on those methods."
