This week guest Ryan Zink joins us In the House to discuss how to build your business and prepare for a winning exit strategy.

Ryan Zink has been involved with franchising since 2003 in several capacities.  In 2003 he began managing 15 franchised GNC stores.  Under his management, he helped achieve the #1 - #5 top producing stores in the country out of 4,000+ stores.  Shortly after Ryan became a product supplier to franchisee stores as the President and co-owner of NDS Nutritional Products, a supplement company that partnered with over 4,000 nutritional store outlets in the United States, Canada, and Europe. NDS was later sold to Bond Labs a publicly traded beverage company.  In 2007 Ryan became a franchisee of 4 Anytime Fitness locations.

From 2005 - 2015 Ryan was President and Co-Founder of Complete Nutrition.  Complete Nutrition began franchise in 2007.  From 2007 – 2015 Complete Nutrition opened more than 190 stores and in December of 2015 Ryan and his business partner sold the majority of Complete Nutrition to Dominus capital a private equity firm based in New York.

Today Ryan is the CEO and Co-Founder of Franchise FastLane.  Franchise FastLane is a franchise sales organization that helps emerging franchisors accelerate their growth through franchise development and he is an Orange Theory franchisee.
