Meet Jennifer Rosier

Jennifer has built her Tutor Doctor business in the suburbs of Boston, MA. Before taking advantage of the Tutor Doctor franchise opportunity, Jennifer established a local test prep and college admissions counseling business. The meaningful work she did helping teenagers getting into their dream schools inspired her to explore the Tutor Doctor opportunity. “I wanted to meet families and students earlier in their academic journeys to make a greater impact on their ultimate success,” Jennifer says. “I’m thrilled to be able to help students of all ages and to maintain those relationships throughout their academic lives.”

Test Prep Revenue Stream

Jennifer is definitely a pro when it comes to SAT and ACT prep and she has helped boost and standardize the test prep revenue stream for franchisees across the Tutor Doctor system. “When I joined the Tutor Doctor family, I identified an opportunity for all franchisees to provide SAT/ACT prep services. Tutor Doctor franchisees also saw the opportunity, but they needed help. Consulting on and delivering test prep programs requires a specific skill set and training, which we simply didn’t have at the time,” Jennifer says.

“So, in collaboration with home office and more than fifty franchisees, I worked for more than two years to developTest Prep Pros, a training and business development program that certifies franchisees as expert test prep consultants, and gives them the tools to build this revenue stream.”

Jennifer’s expertise and contribution has had a huge impact for many franchisees. “We have now certified 48 franchisees and 98 tutors have completed our SAT/ACT tutor training program since we launched in late August. A brand-new franchisee straight from training called me to say that he had closed five out of five of his first test prep inquiries. Another told me that she had successfully booked a custom group ACT prep program in partnership with a local school.” Jennifer also has works with international Tutor Doctor franchisees to help them launch their SAT/ACT revenue streams.

Collaboration with Other Franchisees

Tutor Doctor franchisees are a generally collaborative bunch! And Jennifer is an active member of our franchisee network. “We work together every day to do better work for our clients and for our businesses. We share ideas, support one another, and come up with solutions together,” Jennifer says. “We just started a series of live coaching webinars so I can help more franchisees with any questions they might have about test prep.”
