Have you ever wanted to know what makes a successful entrepreneur? Tutor Doctor's own Frank Milner spoke to Franchising.com to talk about his own unique leadership style and how this has helped tutor Doctor become the #1 in-home tutoring franchise in the world.

"Relationships are at the core of my role as CEO, whether that is relationships with franchise partners, vendors, or strategic partners. It is my responsibility to consistently communicate the Tutor Doctor vision to everyone involved in the organization" Milner told Franchising.com. "We want to work together as a well-oiled machine and understand what makes our brand special and different from our competitors as we strive to reach our goals. I also like to make the journey to success enjoyable for everyone involved."

Milner, who began his career in stocks and insurance, has been instrumental in the rapid expansion of Tutor Doctor to 450 franchised units in 15 countries. However, he knows that it has not been a solo effort, and attributes this success to ""people who like to help other people."

This mission - that it's more about making a dollar, it's about making a difference - is what Tutor Doctor is all about.
