This award is given to the individual who lives and breathes the Tutor Doctor spirit. This individual demonstrates his or her spirit through their commitment, loyalty, and passion in dealing with customers, tutors, suppliers, and fellow franchisees. This franchisee’s impact is felt both in the Tutor Doctor community and within the local community he or she serves.

Byron Zahm of Tutor Doctor Albuquerque, USA!

Known for his professionalism and passion for educational empowerment, Byron always wants to deliver the best quality for his clients. He takes responsibility for their success and prepares detailed tutoring plans to deliver personalized support.

Byron is a past winner of the new Small Business of the Year award in New Mexico, and actively supports educational access for local aboriginal communities.

Byron is a dedicated member of the Tutor Doctor network and regularly joins Global Team Calls to share his experience and insights. He also participates in the X-Skills pilot, 3C sales training, and Home Office initiatives. Byron is a true example of what it means to be present in every way.

Kim is a goal-driven and resilient franchisee who never lets anything stop her from striving for growth. She has a very personalized approach to handling clients and goes out of her way to ensure every student succeeds by providing detailed education plans to parents. She is very supportive and caring for her tutors and ensures they have all the resources they need. Kim is a Tutor Doctor network champion and always seeks to support other franchises through team calls, boot camps, and regional meetings. She is actively involved in growing the brand and is a member of the Franchise Advisory Council and the Nominations Committee.

Always willing to give back to the franchise community in many ways, Tejal demonstrates and lives the Tutor Doctor values. She is a member of the Franchise Advisory Council and the Nomination Committee and readily offers mentorship to other franchisees, including rookies. Her dedication to the brand and business values is evident in her hard work, grit, and involvement in Global Team Calls, where she has shared tips and best practices on priority management.
